A
company or an entity who have signed the enclosed Application
Form to participate the Event as an exhibitor will be deemed
to have accepted the following terms; |
|
a)
|
The
Application for participation is final when the Organisers have
confirmed acceptance of the applicant and then will become irrevocable
and binding for both sides. The Applicant/Exhibitor is obliged
to fulfill all obligations arising from this binding contract.
The Organiser is limited to the decisions of the Turkish Ski
Federation as to the timing and the venue of the Event as The
Federation keeps all legal rights to organise the Event. Any
alteration to the contracted services, time, place of the Exhibition
or those arising from the decisions of The Turkish Ski Federation
have to be accepted by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor will not
claim any refund nor discount from the contracted fees when
and if such alteration happens. |

b)
|
The
Exhibitor is obliged to pay all contracted dues before the start
of the Event or the Organisers will have the right to cancel
this contract one sidedly. This does not exempt the Exhibitor
from paying all the contracted amounts. |
|
c)
|
The
Exhibitor is deemed acknowledged of all the terms that are stipulated
within this document and any incomplience with these regulations
give the Organiser the right to cancel this contract one sidedly.
Doing so will not exempt the Exhibitor from paying all the contracted
amounts. |
|
d)
|
The
contracted amount will be pro-forma invoiced by the Organisers
as of the acceptance of the Application and the legal invoice
will be issued after the Event has been concluded, which is
in line with the Turkish legislation. The Value Added Tax, which
is 18 percent of the contracted value for the time being, will
be shown seperately in the invoices and will be paid with the
agreed fees. Any alterations to the VAT before the invoicing
of the services will be subject to the new VAT rate. (Companies
accepting services within Turkish borders are obliged to pay
VAT) |

e)
|
The
Organisers carry no responsibility as to the success of the
Event as far as the Exhibitors expectations are concerned. The
Event is accepted by both parties as to be undertaken by the
Turkish Ski Federation and the technical program and the contents
are already publicised. |
|
|
|
|
2.
|
The
Exhibition Grounds have the following infrastructure and the
Exhibitors are expected to work within the following timing
limits; |
|
a)
|
The
Event is taking place at The Dedeman Hotel - Ankara. |
|
b)
|
The
Symposium and Panel will take place at the Avizeli Salon and
the Exhibition is taking place at the Safir, Turkuvaz 1 and
2 Salons. |
|
c)
|
The
duration of the Event is 2 days (1st and 2nd of December 2007). |
|
d)
|
The
floor of the Exhibition area is wooden tiles in brown for stands
in Safir Salon and wall to wall carpet for stands in Turkuvaz
1 and 2 Salons. |
|
e)
|
The
stands allocated to each Exhibitor will be preconstructed standart
shell scheme. (i.e. no space only allocations will be made)
The name of the Exhibitor willl be written on the stand, standart
lighting of the stand will be supplied, the requested electricity
outlet will be povided and the pre agreed furniture will be
supplied to each stand by the Organiser against the costs agreed
on the Application and its confirmation. |

f)
|
The
preconstructed shell scheme stands will be made available to
the Exhibitors at latest 23:30 hours PM 30 November 2007. |
|
g)
|
The
Exhibition will open in conjunction with the Symposium at 10:00
hrs 1 December 2007. |
|
h)
|
The
Exhibition will end at 18:00 hrs 2 December 2007. |
|
i)
|
The
Exhibitors are expected to pack up by 20:00 hrs 2 December 2007. |
|
j)
|
The
available power supplied to the Exhibitors are 220V/2kw per
hour or 380V/5kw per hour. Any request surpassing this supplied
amounts should be forwarded to the Organisers in writing 7 working
days prior to the opening of the Event. Non-standart requests
are subject to fee and may be met depending on availability. |
|
k)
|
Any
exhibit that the Exhibitor should bring (apart from visual material,
printed matter, and similar light weight carriables) to the
Event should be discussed with the Organiser as to the limitations
of the Exhibition Grounds. Organiser will do utmost to deliver
all exhibits to the stands may it be physically possible. |
|
l)
|
All
handling works will be done by the people appointed by the Organiser
within the Dedeman Hotel. Personal belongings and hand luggage
can be brought in by the Exhibitors. Handling works are subject
to cost. |
|
m)
|
The
Organiser carries every right to set rules and regulations to
safely and successfully carry out the Event and all Exhibitors
are obliged to abide by these rules. |
|
n)
|
The
Exhibitors are responsible for all risks that will arise to
themselves, the third parties and the Exhibition Grounds and
material, within the borders of their stand. Any risk or damage
caused by the Exhibitor to any party or material outside their
own stand will also be charged to the Exhibitor. It is proposed
that insurance of all these items be properly made by the Exhibitors.
The Organiser will not be responsible from any damage or risk
arising from a specific Exhibitor to any party or material and
all demands forwarded to the Organiser as such will be duely
reflected to the responsible party. |

o)
|
There
will not be individual telephone lines for each or any stand.
Cellular phones can be used or the general communication fascilities
of Dedeman Hotel could be utilised. There is wireless internet
service available for Hotel clients which can be utilised by
the Exhibitors, free of charge. |
|
p)
|
The
car parking fascilities of the Hotel is very limited so it is
not possible to reserve parking space for the Exhibitors. |
|
q)
|
The
Hotel security personel will be available, with no further precautions
taken by the Organiser. In case the Exhibitors require private
security it should be asked from the Organiser by paying the
relevant costs. |
|
r)
|
All
stands will be duely cleaned by the Organisers. Requests that
surpass standart cleaning should be forwarded to the Organiser. |
