PRICING & EXPLANATIONS

The area rental prices of KOMATEK 2011 are as follows:

18% VAT will be added to the above prices.

CONDITIONS & EXPLANATIONS:

1.		We have started to reserve places in KOMATEK 2011 by 1 February, 2010. The reservations will be done on first come first served basis and due to a major change made in the layout previous spaces will not be kept.
2.		The overall layout of the Exhibition area have been divided into 6 distinct areas regarding the nature of the exhibition area, depth of the stands and nature of the exhibitors. The colored area (A1) is reserved for companies requesting outdoors stand area of minimum 100m² to 300m² and the depth of the stands in this area are 10 meters. The colored area (A2) is reserved for companies requesting outdoors stand area of minimum 300m² to 1000m² and the depth of the stands in this area are 20 or 25 meters. The colored area (A3) is reserved for companies requesting stand area of minimum 1000m² and the depth of the stands in this area are 30 or 40 meters. The colored area (A4) is reserved for companies requesting stand area of minimum 225m² and the depth of the stands in this area are 15 meters.
3.		The colored area is reserved for companies from OSTİM.
4.		The colored area (K) is the Indoors Area of KOMATEK 2011. The dimensions (each square represents) used for outdoors are is 5mx5m (25 square meters) and 1m x 1m (1 square meters) for the Indoors Area.
5.		All space reservations for KOMATEK 2011 will be kept till May 1st, 2010. Unless a binding contract is signed by then, the reservation will be anulled and the space will be allocated to another exhibitor.
6.		The contract prices are set for payment to be made upon 15 days of the date of the signiture.
7.		Companies signing “indoors space only” contracts will receive their stands with tarmac surface, boundries specified and no other services included. Companies signing “indoors with booth” contracts will have a shell scheme booth with partitions according to the “Octonorm System” (MDF panels of 1m x 2.48m), carpeting, lighting with 100W spots for each 3m², one each three outlet socket utilising 220v/2KWhrs and having Company name written on stand facia with Standard letters.
8.		Companies signing outdoors area contracts will receive their area with boundries specified and tarmac and/or concrete surface.
